How is car detailing different from a regular car wash?

Car detailing goes several steps above a regular car wash. Our hand wash and drying process ensures your car is not going to receive any swirl marks or scratches in your paint. We also pay attention to cracks, crevices, and hard to reach areas that a normal wash may not cover. Finishing with tire shine brings it all together to give that new car look.

How long does a car detail take?

This really depends on the condition of the interior of the car. A normal car with light levels of dirt will take about 2 hours to finish the inside and an additional hour on the outside. Cars with more stains and harder to clean things like gum, dried on candy, etc. or pet hair can take 3-4 hours for the inside and another hour for the outside.

Is there anything I should do before the detail?

Yes! Removing your personal items from your vehicle before we arrive is the best thing you can do. It makes sure that your belongings stay safe and undamaged as well as not being mistaken for trash. Additionally, moving your car onto the driveway or other area where we will work before we arrive helps us out greatly.

What payment forms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash and Venmo are accepted with no fees. Tap to pay or Apple pay are accepted with a 2.5% fee.

Do I need to provide water and power?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our mobile based detailing service requires customers to supply a water spigot and an electrical outlet.

What is included in a detail?

Accepted Answer

For every interior, we will give a thorough vacuum, full wipe down, remove light stains, and clean the door jambs. 
For every exterior, we will hand was and hand dry your car, remove bugs, and put on tire shine.

Things that are NOT included in our standard detail are pet hair, engine cleaning, heavy stain removal, interior ceramic coating, and exterior ceramic sealant. However, all of these services can be added on to your detail upon request.

What areas do you travel to for detailing cars?

We can travel between American Fork and Spanish Fork with no travel fee. Areas outside of that are subject to travel fees.

Can detailing remove the pet hair in my car?

Accepted Answer

Yes it can! Pet hair does require a certain method and tool that adds additional time to the detail. This is why pet hair is not included in a standard detail.

Do I need to bring my car into a shop? Or where can I have my car detailed?

We come to you! As a mobile based detailer, we can service your vehicle anywhere where you are able to supply power and water. For most people, that means we can come to their home. But, if your work or business can supply power and water, we can even come while you are working.

Does regularly detailing my car increase the resale value of my car?

Accepted Answer

Yes it does! A fresh, clean interior makes a much stronger first impression on anyone looking to buy a car. Having your car regularly detailed also reduces wear and tear like stains, odors, and faded trim that can lower value.

Will my detail be rescheduled with rain?

Accepted Answer

Rain will be rescheduled on a case by case basis. We will be in contact with you if rain looks to be an issue.
